APPEARANCE: Long indigo hair, tied back into two braids. Light blue, almost teal eyes. Shorter and slight stature, standing at only 4ft 11in, but she makes up for the rest of her height with her attitude.
FOREHEAD PROTECTOR: Wrapped around her right upper thigh
PERSONALITY: Feisty, will fight for those being picked on because she knows what it feels like to be looked down upon, but shy when it comes to literally every other interaction with other people.
LIKES: NOODLES, small animals she could carry in her pocket, dumb jokes, and honest people

HISTORY:
Found in a basket floating down a river, Tsushi was taken in by a family of construction workers in the Village Hidden in the Mist. While growing up, Tsushi excelled in the ways of sneaking around without her adopted family knowing. It wasn’t for lack of love, her family gave her plenty of that, but for the sense of belonging that she lacked. Not looking like the rest of the people you lived with gave other children the ammunition to throw hateful comments towards her, unwarranted. Tsushi wanted to live a life where no one saw her as less than. Every time she snuck off at night, she would practice the abilities that would help her become stronger, both physically and mentally.
On a dark night, her adopted father saw her near the water practicing throwing projectiles made of water. He stayed back in the shadows and watched as she ran herself ragged with continual practice, until her chakra finally gave out. He realized then that she needed more in her life. After that, as soon as she was able, her family sent her to the academy to learn from the right people in how to use her abilities properly. This, however, did not stop the others in her classes from being cruel. There’s only so much a child can take.
One day while walking through the most popular part of her village, skipping her classes to avoid the hurtful words directed towards her, she heard people in a nearby eatery talking about leaving that night to take supplies to the Leaf Village. She decided then and there this was her chance to break free. If no one knew who she really was, then they wouldn’t know how different she is. After staying to hear the confirmation of departure time, she raced home packing everything she could and leaving a short note for her family: “I love you, but I need more”. Using the rest of the day to mentally prepare for leaving everything she ever knew, Tsushi stayed far away from her home and from prying eyes. Finding the charter leaving for the Hidden Leaf she snuck on and found herself a hiding spot, the workers unknowingly smuggling an orphan looking for a new life.
Once there, she enrolled herself into the academy and vowed to fight for what was right and find solace in the Leaf.

-Water Shield Technique [Mizu Tate no Jutsu]
A shield of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. After the initial creation, the user can manipulate the water. This allows for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable, stronger (Chuunin Level) techniques can get through it but it is a good defense against simple taijutsu techniques
-Water Element; Water Shuriken Technique [Suiton; Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu]
By using their chakra an opponent manipulates water to form shuriken from it. Once the shuriken cut, hit, or fall to the ground they return to water with no form. The water can be re-used.
-Hidden Mist Jutsu
User fills the air with mist and controls its thickness using their chakra by performing this jutsu. The user can create the mist with surrounding water or by exhaling.
-Mist Clone Skill [Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu]
A technique that creates false clones of the user. The clones are used as a diversion while the user attacks. The clones are incapable of attacking, but any attacks made on them pass right through.
-Carp Rapid-Fire Gun [Koi Sokushahou]
A simple jutsu that causes a person to gradually produce water in their mouth that can be spit out at an opponent. It can hit with enough force to stun your opponent if it is done properly.
