Hiraishin: Shock Trooper

NAME: Hiraishin
NICKNAMES: Hira
AGE: 15
BIRTHDAY: April 20th
GENDER: Male
HEIGHT & WEIGHT: 5'5" 150lbs
NINJA WAY: SLAY THE WICKED
APPEARANCE: Stocky built teen with olive skin and light brown hair who wears a balck hooded trench coat, thin chainmail shirt, blue pants. Both cape and pants are interwoven with small wire, dull copper/gold in color, threaded a lightning bolt repeating pattern.
Noticeable features: Has small round scars that encompass his neck, shrouded by his headband
FOREHEAD PROTECTOR: He wears his Cloud Headband tied around his neck
PERSONALITY: Serious, dark sense of humor (makes awkward oddly specific dark jokes), doesnt talk much but will hold conversation, does not seek attention but secretly craves it, strict moral code around "slaying of the wicked"
On the flip: Kind, reliable, empathetic
DISLIKES: Complaining, bullies, rats and beans
HISTORY: Hiraishin was born and raised (up until the age of 5) in a small fishing village along the southern coast of the Land of Lightning near its western border with the Land of Frost. He has little knowlege of his early life, parents, village or even his name. Early life wasnt all that easy for young Hira being in a small village near a border. Life was not too exciting or conventionally memorable with him spending the majority of the time helping his father fish but those memories are now cherished. Occasionally the village would be raided but damage was minimal, most of the time.
When Hiraishin was 5 his village suffered its worst and last raid commited by a Ninja he only came to know as "Angel". Angel was searching for an answer to a piece of his life long mission to find and make every jutsu or Kekki Genkai his own. This mission brought him to Hiraishin's village in search of any child that might possess 3 chakra types to create a new Kekki Genkai. Hiraishin was one of 7 children taken with the rest of the village either being killed or spared in exchange for their children or knowledge of Angel's limited mission interests.
Hirashin and the other 6 children from his village were taken hostage by Angel and forced to undergo tests to determine if they would be viable. Hiraishin was the only one to possess more than one chakra type and was able to quickly use water and lightning chakra as if on instinct. This gave Angel hope that the boy would be his key to unlock a new Kekki Genkai ablity. From then on Angel would only refer to him as "Hiraishin" which filled the void of his name.
Through the years during his imprisionment, Hiraishin was treated well at first in hopes that he would be able to find his 3rd chakra element quickly. He never did. This led to Angel becoming unenthused and dismissive towards young Hiraishin. By the time he was 11, Angel had already moved on from his once prodical child to other promising leads towards his goal. Hiraishin was kept around due to his "potential", or atleast that is what he was told. In truth he was being kept as a pawn, another body that Angel would discard for his mission. His life being spared was a "reward" Angel claimed and
even though he never amounted to anything noteworthy in Angel's eyes, Hiraishin was a gifted shinobi (the only reason he got a "reward"). He was still a prodigy when it came to his Water and Lightning abilities, being able to innertwine the chakra elements seemlessly in combat.
It was the "reward" years, as Hiraishin called them, that he developed a dislike for Rats and Beans. Relentless Rats would bite his feet nightly and Beans were the staple of his diet. He would also come to develop his moral code during these captive solider years. Slay the Wicked. Short and Simple, just the way he liked it. As far as he was concerned, Angel and his minons were "Wicked" and needed to be slain to stop the suffering of the innocent.
Hiraishin himself after he was granted his "Reward" was one of the mindless minons being told that what he was doing was for the greater good. Over the next 3 years of his life, he was on of Angel's chained soliders. Strong young bodies that could fight well and were expendable. As a chained soldier, he would be thrown in to combat with paper bomb chains surgically implanted into his neck as a reminder and a threat that "if they do not comply, then they die". It was with these suicide squads that Hiraishin's distain for the "Wicked" developed and his lust to slay them.
He hated what he was doing and who he was doing the foul deeds for. His enslavement and personal hell couldnt be stopped until he could find a way to break his chains. Luckily for him (and unkown to Angel) his combination of chakra elements could seperate the paper bombs from the chains without making them detonate. He was able to escape 3 years after that saga of his life began and put it behind him with one goal: Unlock my full abilites for Angel to see before he is slain.
14 and on the run, he made his way to the Village hidden in the clouds to become a Ninja and joined their Ninja Academy.

Spark Fishing - Using lightning chakra to fish either creating bolts lightning to electricute bodies of water or off his Lightning Rod with a chakra string as line sending little pulses of electricity to the bait to attract fish and kill them upon strike

ABILITIES: Electricfied/Water Clone - Creates Clone of user using water, water can be charged electrically
Electrified/Water Prison - Creates a prison of water around the target that can be used to electrocute the target or drown the target, or both for maximum damage
Lightning Rod - Electrified conductive metal rod where electrically charged water comes from the water sack below the handle and surrounds the rod with electrified water that can be manipulated into any shape and shot onto ranged targets *note, is limited by amount of water, but water can be added*
Charged Water Shot - Charged water is shot at 1000m/s at ranged target, releases strong electrical charge upon shot strike
Electric Release - Releases the charge stored in water creating massive voltage or electric charge
Muscle Spasms - Uses electric charge carried in water to enduce muscle spasms, involuntary movements of limbs, limited lung function, nerve degeneration, cardiac arrest, and paralysis
Water Shield - Creates a clear shield of charged water to by vibrating the water a great speeds, can be used to surround bodys
Electrocution - the injury or killing of someone by electric shock
Meat Puppet - Use a human like a puppet by using charged water soaked chakra strings and electric pulses to manipulate muscles and movement (see Muscle Spasms) *Electrocution can be conducted via the chakra strings*
