PERSONALITY: A carefree shinobi who likes to play fast and loose with his own life, but takes great care and caution to protect those around him. Collateral damage is never an Issue. Scared to form attachments
LIKES: Watching Thunderstorms, fried fish.
DISLIKES: not being in control, sweets
HISTORY: A young child found in a cave, wild and unkempt, abandoned by his family, his body producing massive amounts of electrical discharge. The Third Hokage decided to help the boy learn to control his chakra. He was given the name Dai Raiu. After being taken in to the village, Dai was heavily watched after he accidently killed someone while he was walking down the street. Ever since that day he has perfected his control of chakra, but still his body discharges lightning occasionally, but he has learn to sense it coming and isolate.
After years of training he was eventually granted to rank of jonin after being field promoted at the very beginning of the Third Shinobi ninja war, impressing Minato, earning the name "The Leafs Thunder Storm."
After the war, and now battle tested, he decided he wanted to pass on his knowledge and expertise and take on a team of genin.
