Here you can find the basic guidelines to character creation! These guidelines are strict and must be followed to get your character approved as quickly as possible.

Hair: Light blue, almost white. Shaggy to the ears
Outfit: Long light blue scarf with white snowflake pattern covers mouth. Chainmail shirt under open dark blue colored konohagakure vest. Dark blue pants with silver snowflake pattern. Katana on back in white sheath with a blue dragon pattern down the entire sheath.
Kekkei Genkai: Kotta Dorogon No Me (Frozen Dragon Eye) or Kottadorogan. Changes all chakra natures to ice release no matter the base jutsu used. Thermal vision. Can disable own thermal vision to disable an opponent's technique for the same amount of time. Can be used on other kekkei genkai including dojutsu (Break).

Ninja Snowfield: Covers the area in a howling blizzard making it difficult to see or hear.
Ice Armor: Can cover self in a thin sheet of strong ice to help protect against attacks
Aspects of the Dragon: Assumes aspects of a dragon(teeth, claws, wings, or tail) as ice for an attack
Host of the Ice Dragon: In the Land of Snow to the far north, Yuki was born to a village that paid tribute to a great dragon that dominated the area. This tribute was to be one person chosen by lottery at the beginning of each new year to stop the dragon from destroying the village. When newborn Yuki was chosen, his parents sent word to Konohagakure for a ninja with strong sealing jutsu as the village was small and had no ninja of their own. A konouchi arrived with a team and they delved into the dragon's lair. Outraged, the dragon lashed out and felled 2 of the ninja while also destroying the sealing scroll. It attacked the town, crushing buildings as villagers desperately fought back, killing even Yuki's parents in the process. Seeing no other option the konouchi from the Leaf used the sword of her fallen squadmate to seal the dragon inside. Afterwards, the village gave Yuki to the konouchi, telling her to take him away as he was a bad omen and reminder of what had happened that day. She took him back to the Leaf and raised him as her own son.
Yuki grew up and learned he was adopted, but because he had a good life in Konoha, he wasn't upset about it. His adoptive mother gifted him the sword that sealed the dragon on his 12th birthday as he had already become a formidable swordsman.
Notable Weaknesses:
When using the Kottadorogan, if a large about of heat happens, he is blinded until he turns it off.
When using the Break of Kottadorogan, he also shuts off his own ability to use his thermal vision or another break for 30 minutes.
All jutsu he uses use ice chakra, there is no exception to this rule. Even a fireball jutsu would just come out as ball of snow and cold.
Ninja Snowfield uses a lot of chakra if he wants to make it bigger.
Using the dragon's chakra risks breaking the seal and the dragon would really like to kill him.
Aspects of the Dragon drain chakra over time. Overuse can leave him drained and vulnerable. The more aspects created, the faster the depletion rate.
Women. He loves to flirt and make girls feel special. He doesn't like fighting them either.

NAME: Mayumi Nara
NICKNAMES: The Silent Shadow
AGE: 13
BIRTHDAY: February 10th
GENDER: Female
HEIGHT & WEIGHT: 4'10" 90lbs
NINDŌ: Like a shadow, I am and I am not.
APPEARANCE: She has long straight, down to her lower back, black hair that is fine. Her eyes are also a dark brown, almost black in color. She's considered very small for her age, however, she uses that to her advantage. She has a pale complexion that can almost give her a ghostly appearance compared to her dark hair and eyes.
She typically wears wraps around her chest with a fishnet over shirt, and a black cargo vest to store some equipment. She also wears just below the knee black leggings, with a short over skirt. She will very rarely have any other colors on her clothes or person as she likes to stick to the shadows and remain hidden as much as possible.
FOREHEAD PROTECTOR: Like other Nara clan members, she wears her headband wrapped around her upper arm. The band itself is black, while the protector has been sanded to lose the shine the finish normally has.
PERSONALITY: Mayumi tends to keep to herself, and is extremely soft spoken. Many mistaken this for shyness however, that is not the case. If she is close to someone, she will tend to talk to them more, but her contributions to conversations will still be very limited. She is considered extremely timid, but kind. She is also extremely intelligent and clever, however, she can also be a bit naive.
When on missions, she embodies her silence even more. She becomes cold, calculated, and almost cruel. She will drop all compassion from herself so she can complete her mission. It's been noted that she seems to shroud her own heart and emotions in shadows themselves.
LIKES: Reading, studying, and practicing and developing new techniques.
DISLIKES: Goofing around, large crowds
HISTORY: Mayumi, like other Nara clan ninja, specializes in yin release and is very intelligent. Her skills and abilities got her noticed by The Foundation and subsequently taken and trained by them in secret. Because of her abilities with yin release and her strategic skills, she was seen as a great asset to go on many covert missions. Because of her tendency to keep to herself she was not noticed by many shinobi in the Leaf, and was essentially hidden in plain sight.
When she was not with The Foundation, Mayumi was with her family, however that time was extremely limited. Although she was loved greatly, she was almost a stranger to her own family, who had assumed she was just training hard to become a ninja. She spent many nights practicing her techniques and reading up on strategies to better hone her own mind and skills.
As a result of her abnormal upbringing, and her own solitude, Mayumi didn't have many friends, nor does she have good people skills. She tends to keep to herself, not only to protect her secret, but to protect those around her.
Ultimately, she would like to remove herself from The Foundation one day so she can pursue a somewhat normal life, but she does not believe that will ever be possible.
