    Kumogakure no Sato is known as the strongest of the former Five Great Nations in terms of brute strength. It is located in a range of very tall mountains, quite literally hidden in the clouds, and it is governed by the Raikage. Some of the world's most renowned singers hail from this village.

  • Sandā Mountains


    The highest mountain range in the entirety of the Land of Lightning. It features many deep canyons, waterfalls, and endless chasms. The First Raikage established a training dojo atop the highest mountain here, which he and his successors have since used for their personal use only.

  • Island Turtle


    The Island Turtle is a gigantic and ancient turtle that resides in and was domesticated by the Land of Lightning. Since Kumogakure's founding, the Shinobi of the village have cared for the creature, who in turn serves as a training ground for the Kumogakure's Shinobi. Being considered the equivalent of Konohagakure's Forest of Death, many large and terrifying creatures reside here.
