Welcoming the Genin

He did say his name was... Kamaura? But... He has the sharingan? That's the uchiha's kekkai genkai... This exam is shaping to be an interesting one in deed... Ray was right, this was getting rather tense for Sebaata's liking. He remembered that he brought some gourmet food pellets he was cooking up for the exams. Maybe this would break the tension up. "I... Brought some food from back home" sebaata put his one hand into his sleeve and pulls out a small box. "Food pellets I made myself... Can't say they are the best I've ever made but I think they came out well emough. Would any of you like to try one?" Sebaata held out an open box with about six pellets. The smell of Korean BBQ pork and beef began to fill the air slightly.

“Yeah, maybe antagonizing this shinobi right off the bat wasn’t the best move?,” Akio says while moving his gaze to the eyes of the Hyuga boy. While peering into the colorless eyes he recalls that the Lucemgan where thought to have been a mutation of the famous all seeing white eyes of the Hyuga. Though born with the potential, his eyes have yet to awaken. 

Just then while caught in thought a sweet and savory smell flaunted itself to Akio. The notes of warmth from a fire and the sweetness of a savory sauce washed over him, “Sabaata, you brought food!” As he haven’t eaten the night prior and starving he found himself immediately distracted. Snatching a food pill quickly from the box and chomping down onto the delicious capsule all the flavors rushed to him. “Wow that was one of the most delicious food pills I have ever had, Thank you” Akio said shocked and satisfied. Ray, you should try this. Let’s also try to not antagonize any other Shinobi here. After all we have plenty of time to fight later in the exams.”

Sebaata was pleased at Akio's reaction to the food pellets. After all, being reassured by someone else is always a welcomed change of pace. One can truly be their own worst critic. "Thank you, akio.... It brings me joy to know you enjoyed them." they must think I'm strange announcing my emotions like that. Sometimes it hard to convey those type of things when you always wear a mask in public... "everyone is welcome to a pellet, it's important to keep your strength up which includes a balanced meal... " Sebaata shook the box gently.

Yuki took a pellet gratefully and gave Sebaata a pat on the back. He looked toward Ray. "Thanks! You got to take the exam last year, but sensei said my team wasn't ready, so we waited until this year. We were actually in the same class at the academy, though I don't think I stood out too much." Yuki pulled his scarf forward just a bit to pop the food pellet into his mouth and adjusted the scarf back to his preferred position. "These are great! And you said you make them yourself? Maybe you'll pass the first exam based on your cooking skills and Hyuuga over there will have to turn in his apron early," he said, thumbing in the direction of Yuto.

"Thank you for the compliment Yuki... " Sebaata stared at ray as he went on and on. oh my... This shinobi is... Something "it seems we are all here... For the most part... I wonder when we shall, start"

Mayumi stayed back and away from the groups of gathering genin, but not so far away that she wouldn't be included in the upcoming exams. Too many people...
