NAME: Genjiro Hinomoto
NICKNAMES: Gen, Undying Genjiro

APPEARANCE: Gen has a tall and sturdy build. Short black hair. His eyes are bright red. He smiles a lot but never enough to effect the rest of his face. No scars on him whatsoever, but his clothing usually shows cuts and tears and patches. He wears the standard long dark gray shirt and white sash of a typical Hidden Cloud Village ninja, though with a notable inclusion of nine scrolls on his left hip and bandages that cover his arms from just before the elbow down to his palms. Seals cover the parts of the bandage directly on the palms. Wears no headband.
FOREHEAD PROTECTOR: Wears two metal plates attached to his arm bandages on the back of either hand. On his right is the Cloud Village symbol, and his left has his family symbol of a lightning bolt striking and igniting the ground.
PERSONALITY: Genjiro is a very talkative and chatty person whom never seems to shut up. He always seems to have a story about some weirdo he met in some backwater village that only somewhat relates to what's going on around him that he brings up to fill the air between important conversations. Most would struggle to describe exactly how they view him, though they'd eventually settle on 'cheerful.' Always says goodbye with an air of finality.
LIKES: Meeting new people. Eating new food. Seeing new places. Bathing.
DISLIKES: Goodbyes. Guard duty. Waiting. Being alone.
HISTORY:
Genjiro grew up in the Hidden Cloud Village with the understanding he would face an early death. Whether born into the clan or married into it, all who bore the name Hinomoto eternally bleed from their hands. The bleeding could only be slowed by an ever increasing number of seals applied to bandages on the hands. Though sometime in his forties, or much earlier depending on the life he leads, the number of seals won't matter and he will bleed out into a living husk of a person, unable to move or die.
When he was 8, he saw first hand the passing of his grandmother. They took her dried body to a remote quarantined ghost village where all of his family were put to rest. Hundreds of bodies filled houses, many locked in strange positions as if in the middle of some menial task they'd never finish. Early bearers of the curse, he was told.
Shaken by this sight and his fate he threw himself into study of his family history, searching for any hints to rid his line of the curse. Eventually stumbling upon the dead-end all in his clan had come to. No Jashin priests existed anymore. Well... no known ones. With new resolve he pushed himself to become a powerful shinobi that could track down the untrackable.

Can shape and harden his blood into various objects and change the properties of his blood when mixing it with other liquids. Like making it flammable when mixing with oil.
