APPEARANCE: Hitoha is a tiny hunchbacked woman, clearly in the later years of her life. In her youth she had long slick black hair that she allowed to flow freely, but as time went on her hair turned silver-grey and she began wearing it in a ponytail. Her face bares many wrinkles and she sports tiny O-framed glasses, which further accent her old age. To reflect her cheerful personality, Hitoa is almost always wearing a smile upon her face. Also, as a member of Konohagakure's Uchiha clan, Hitoha has the Sharingan in both of her eyes, which she trained to its three-tomoe state.
Hitoha almost always wears traditionally-styled and decorated kimonos, which she keeps closed with similarly styled obi belts. Above these kimonos she wears a light brown haori, which she knitted herself, and she wears wooden geto sandals. She also walks around with the help of a sturdy wooden cane. In her youth, as documented in photos of her and her deceased husband throughout her home, she would wear a high-collared purple mantle that splits down the middle towards the bottom, grey metal plate armor, and her wooden geto sandals. During her time as a Konohagakure shinobi before and during the First Shinobi World War, she wore this same outfit but added a Konohagakure headband around her forehead.

PERSONALITY: Hitoha is described as a "typical granny" by all who know her. She is a very loving individual, and is not above taking care of those she feels are in need, even if those individuals do not necessary desire or feel they need her assistance. This is showcased when she took in both Kamaura, Ray, the son of her estranged daughter Shiko, and Ray's best friend Tsumoto, Akio. She also loves cooking and knitting. She can, however, be strict at times, and will relentlessly hit those who make her mad with her sturdy wooden cane. Hitoha too likes to play board games, particurally Shogi, and she can sometimes be found playing this with her other grandson Uchiha, Kaito.
From the time of her childhood during the Warring States Period Hitoha had been a practitioner of Iryojutsu. Her abilities as a healer are quite good, and after retiring from shinobi life following the First Shinobi World War she worked as a nurse as the hospital in Konohagakure. Despite being retired from this line of work as well, she is always healing minor wounds that her grandsons and her friends manage to get through training or otherwise.

- THE WARRING STATES PERIOD (BIRTH - 26 YEARS-OLD):
Hitoha was born in the waning years of the Warring States Period; a period of time in which countries would employ the use of shinobi clans to fight their wars for them. From a young age she came to despise the constant warfare, especially when it came to the opposing Senju clan. She would try her best to convince her parents to simply allow her to not learn how to fight, but this would often lead to her father hitting her into submission for what he viewed as insubordination and disloyalty towards the Uchiha clan.
Over time Hitoha came to unwillingly accept the fate that she had been given, training to master her abilities the best that she could. Despite her best efforts and the hatred that she held for her father, however, she would ultimately cry for his death when she was eleven years-old. This event in her life allowed her to finally awaken her Sharingan; a power she had unsuccessfully been able to achieve prior. As the years went by she would train this Dojutsu to its three-tomoe state and also managed to become proficient in Iryojutsu, which she used to heal her Uchiha brethren on the battlefields.
At the age of twenty Hitoha would meet her husband, Jinpachi. Seven years later the Uchiha, now under the leadership of Uchiha, Madara, would make a pact with the Senju clan, under the leadership of Senju, Hashirama, and the two clans came together to create the first official shinobi village; Konohagakure no Sato.
- THE FOUNDING OF KONOHAGAKURE (27 - 32 YEARS-OLD):
For the first two years following the end of the Warring States Period, Hitoha lived an easy and loving life with her husband. She assisted with the creation of Konohagakure, and through time came to love and care for the villagers outside of her clan. When the First Shinobi World War began, however, Hitoha opted to assist in the war effort with her medical expertise. She was sent to many different battlefields all across the shinobi world, where she saw many horrible things and lost many patients. This new era of shinobi life, which proved to be even more horrific than what she experienced during the Warring States Period, was enough to make Hitoha retire from shinobi life following the war.
- RETIREMENT & LATER LIFE (33 YEARS-OLD - PRESENT):
Following the war and her retirment, Hitoha would give birth to two children; Uchiha, Shiki and Uchiha, Asahi. She raised the two to be loving and caring, but when Shiki left the village to get eloped with her lover Kamaura, Tenson, Hitoha couldn't help but feel a bit betrayed. The two ceased any and all contact, but despite this and all that she witnessed throughout her life, she never gave into her clan's "Curse of Hatred". Hitoha would go onto work at the Konohagakure hospital as a nurse, but her beloved Jinpachi would die in the years between the First Shinobi World War and the Second Shinobi World War following complications with an uncurable disease that ate away at his chakra system.
In the months following the Second Shinobi World War, Hitoha would be present at the birth of her first grandson; Uchiha, Kaito. He was the son of her eldest son Asahi and his wife Hikari. She absolutely adored her grandson and spoil him rotten despite the pleas of her son and daughter-in-law. Six years later a boy, claiming to be her other grandson, would knock on her door. When the boy, who was named Ray, told Hitoha the name of his now deceased mother, Shiki, Hitoha broke down in tears at the fact she had not been able to protect her daughter from her death. To make up for this the only way she knew how, Hitoha took Ray in and raised him like the loving grandmother that she was. Not too long after another boy named Tsumoto, Akio, Ray's best friend, would also need a place to stay. Not wanting the boy to be homeless she too took him in and raised her as one of her own. Over time she would begin to worry dearly for Kaito, who had lost all of his former academy classmates during the Third Shinobi World War and had fallen for the Uchiha clan's curse. She tried her best to connect with him, but this would prove unsuccessful until the end of the war, a time in which Kaito would finally overcome his hatred. The two began spending time together on occasion, often playing Shogi.
Following the semi-finals of the Konohagakure's joint Chūnin Selection Exams, Hitoha would go to visit Ray in the hospital. There she came across another boy, Hyūga, Yuto, who recently had a tumor removed from him. When she found out that Yuto's village of Hoshigakure had been destroyed and he was left an orphan, she took custody of the boy despite Yūto and Ray's protests.

- Mystical Palm Technique - The user applies their hand to a wounded part of the body and sends chakra into it, accelerating the body's natural healing abilities. Although its most obvious use is as a way of treating external injuries, it can also be used for internal illnesses. Users must be careful to only use as much chakra as is needed for the specific injury. If too much chakra is sent into the body, this can disrupt the body's circulation, putting it into a comatose state.
- Chakra Scalpel - This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.
- Fire-Style: Fireball Jutsu - The user kneads chakra in their body and turns it into fire, which they then expel from their mouth; the more chakra they use, the more flames that are produced. Sometimes the flames lack a distinct shape, being only a stream, but more often than not they take the form of a giant orb that maintains its shape until hitting a target. Upon impact, the fireball is powerful enough to crater the ground and vaporize the surroundings. Against living targets, the fireball can cause extensive burns.
- Water-Style: Water Wave Jutsu - The user spews water from their mouth in a waterfall-like fashion to wash away their targets. One can freely control the power of this technique by the amount of chakra kneaded and then released. While considered to be a basic Water Release technique, it has many variations.
