Mayumi smiled as she noticed a team moving slowly and carefully toward the center, the glint of one of the kunai tied at the girl's waist. The other member seemed to be keeping a watchful eye. "Tsushi, I think we have someone to try and grab, but I think we should keep our eyes open for others too." She weaved a few hand signs, "Shadow tool Jutsu." From the shadow on her body, 4 little globs sprung up and formed birds on her shoulders. "I want you to search out other kunai and mark them if possible, cloaking them with your essence." They each flew off in different directions before she turned back to Tsushi, "shall we pursue?"

“We can try and get that one first, I have a mist clone jutsu we can lure the watchful one off with while your bird search” Bringing her hands up Tsushi breaths deeply, “Mist Clone Jutsu!” Mist starts swirling around in front of them and builds from the ground up a figure of Tsushi. “Run after the one without the Kuni and make him chase you!” She says before the clone takes off fin the direction of the team.

Hopefully.Ray readied himself "I'm done anyway. Forget the kunai, we know where it is. Let's go engage the enemy and take theirs." Ray leaped forward deeper into the forest. Traveling quickly until he found himself right where we wanted to be. Standing face to face against a member of the legendary Hyuuga clan.

"We will be taking those." Ray smirked.

Asami skillfully navigates through the underbrush, matching the feel of the shadows with her unrealized talent for Yin release. Being a samurai meant she had not been trained in stealth, but quite unnaturally she made no sound as she moved through the brush. The two distracted shinobi would be unlikely to notice Asami, as they weren't looking in her direction to see the movement of vines and branches. "I am in position, Sebaata. If you could work to push them on the backfoot, I will strike at the first opening." She places her hand on the handle of her sword, focusing everything on the swing and channeling her chakra through the blade. I do not wish to kill potential allies here, so I will not allow my sword to cut.

As the two flew through the sky, Genjiro would fling his arm down extending it to grab the kunai they had found, pulling them into his body, the flesh of his arm making space for the tools. And that's when he heard Ray. "Hey there, friend. Sorry about the kunai here.
If you want 'em you'll have to cut them out of me." He looks to Akio, his face in an excited grin as he pulls himself out of Yuto's grasp, falling onto a tree branch. "We got ourselves a fight here, Yuto.
Which one ya want?"

Mei stopped short upon seeing the sand soldier stop. "It stopped moving, Shen," she whispered to her partner behind her.
"That's because we fell for its trap." Shen grabbed Mei's shoulder, spinning her to see the other sand soldiers.
Mei pulled out a kunai to defend herself. "Darn it. Shen, get ready."
Shen weaved hand seals and struck first. "Water style: Water Dragon Jutsu." A dragon made of a torrent of water flew in the direction of the soldier behind them.

As the mist clone dashed by, it took Baruku by surprise. "Skel, we were followed. You go on ahead, I'll take care of this one just in case she saw our passphrase." He ran off leaving his partner to keep running.
"Just get back quick, Baruku! I don't like doing this alome!"

In the middle of fighting each other, the two teams fighting for a kunai had forgotten about one thing. Angry giant hornets surrounded the team in the air and began charging them with stingers. Meanwhile the two in the trees were attacked from below.

The statue quickly moves out of the way, but not fast enough. As it shifts to the left of the water dragon, it's right arm is engulfed and ripped from the rest of the statue. The statue stood, sand leaking from its ripped arm. The hole solidifies back to sand stone. The other three make their move as the 4th one whirls his chained weapon, launching it to grab one of the shinobis feet. I just need to get them on their back foot... By any means... Sebaata begins churning sand from his gourd and sending it to the battle field. The sand shifted, part buried underground and started creating more sand. The other launches at the other shinobi, to get them off balance, trying to create and opening for Asami.

Akio arrived next to Ray, “I believe you wanted to fight the Hyuga.” He turned his attention and met the blood red eyes of Genjiro, “I’ll take on Gen.” He pulls his hands to form a release seal. With a deep breath he musters his chakra, condensing further and further until he separates his hands and between them he pulls a sword. Misshu Kotai Katana. Pulling backwards into a defensive stance he began to observe Genjiro. ‘He has a wild stance to him with an intensity to his words. Clearly blood is integral to his attacks and it looks like he can augment his body as necessary, even if I land cuts to him this is clearly going to be a bout of longevity,” Akio thought while scanning him. ‘I need to focus here and make every move count,’ he continues while forming a kunai in his left hand.
“Genjiro, it’s going to be an honor to fight you,” he says while patiently studying his small movements. Continuing, “Let’s see what is stronger your blood or my chakra.” Akio’s chakra builds exponentially as he conjures it forth.

The clone trap worked perfectly as Tsushi watched the boy run after her diversion.
“Alright,, now I can fill the space with mist so you can go after the kuni, however you see fit. I wwon’t make it too thick, that way we can still see some and not use too much chakra.”
Another deep breath in and Tsushi started weaving the hand signs. Mist started fill in the area in front of them, working to give them cover and surround the girl with the kuni.

Mayumi nodded. "I'll use a paralysis jutsu to try and immobilize the shinobi. We grab and go as needed." Mayumi waited for mist to fill the area before making her approach to the shinobi, keeping low as to not get spotted, her shadow cloak still active. She weaved the appropriate handsigns for her shadow paralysis jutsu and began moving her shadow to connect with Skel's.

Gen times a quick leap just as one of the giant hornets comes close, landing on it's back just behind the head. At some point he has completely removed his left bandage, leaving the hand there entirely uncovered, his wound flaring in the open air. He puts that hand up against the point where the hornets head meets it's abdomen. "Kiseichiyuu" The insects head is flooded with blood, it's eyes filled with red as it slowly comes to a hover before turning back toward Akio. "Didn't think I'd get a good chance to do this, my sister's the only one who can manage anything more complicated than an insect." He appears to be getting the hang of making it move the way he wants it to as it quickly darts left and right. 'She'd use a drop for this thing, AND she wouldn't need to be touching it, but he doesn't need to hear that.' An idea strikes Gen as he pushes another couple cups of blood through the body of the hornet. "Kabashira" He intones as the stinger is forced aside, a long spear of red taking it's place. "I was getting thirsty, LET'S GO!" He forces the hornet stinger first at Akio.
