Mei tried to throw the kunai to catch the chain, but the shifting sands threw her throw off, causing the chain to wrap around Shen's foot. Catching herself, she weaved signs for a pheonix flower jutsu, aiming it at the 3 that weren't engaged with Shen as she lept into the air.
Shen felt the flail around his foot and pulled paper bomb kunai and threw it at the sand guardian attempting to pull him.

As the mist settled in, Skel slowed. "Baruku?" She pulled out a kunai from her pouch. "Are you there?" In an instant, she stopped moving as the shadows connected. "What? Why can't I move?" She struggled to see anything, but could only barely see her shadow.

The shadow paralysis that Mayumi sent out connected and Tsushi could hear the girl confirm that she couldn’t move. As fast and as quietly as she could, Tsushi ran towards the immobilized shinobi and grabbed the kuni with the pass word on it, continuing her path away for her getaway.

‘I was ready for a lot in this fight and that may have already exceeded my expectations.’ Akio thought to himself as he watched the maddening display unfold before him. ‘That blood control is extremely dangerous and well learned.” Just then from the tree line shot out one of the giant hornets aimed perfectly at him. Turning his attention quickly in one fluid motion he evaded the stinger, spun around and carved through the abdomen of the creature cleanly with the incredible sharpness of the chakra blade empowered by the sheer amount of chakra rushing through his body. He also lodged his chakra kunai into the exoskeleton of the hornet stealthily. The bisected insect was sent careening for the tree line under its own momentum crashing into the tree line. Akio creating another kunai instantly and returning to his position said, “Now that that distraction is dealt with, let’s begin.”

She is on the move... Sebaata manipulates the sand and captures the paper bomb. The sand pulls the sheet under the earth, Causing a muffled explosion and a slight rumble of the ground. He attempted to create a a sand wall to cover the other three guardians but did not want to get in the way of Asami. He let some of the fire go through. Two of the, solders disfigured from the blast of flame.

Mayumi released her jutsu and moved to follow Tsushi. In and out, nice and smooth, like nothing happened. After a moment, she met up with her partner. "I think that went pretty well. We should keep low and in the shadows, start moving to the center. I still have my birds searching too, so hopefully, we find some backups."

Sticking to the shadows like Mayumi said, Tsushi tried to calm down her excitement to stay focused.
"That's a great plan, with any luck we can find another to swipe!" she whisper shouted to try and keep her volume down. Nothing to see here, just a couple of girl bosses moving through the shadows.

Sebaata slowly steps out of the shadow. Placing a foot on some of his sand. He made sure he made enough noise to catch the attention of the shaken shinobi. Sebaata sank into his own sand. In an instant he appeared over his foe. "Kill... No... " Sebaata's voice was different. It sounded as if hundreds of voices echoed over his, repeating his every word. "But you shall not be a road block to us any longer... "Sebaata shifted under ground again, sand began to rise over the shaken shinobi. And it slowly pulled him into the ground. " Don't worry..." Sebaata spoke to Asamis mask, "This will not kill, just incapacitate... We will be able to escape... In a while... " Once he was buried, sebaata rose from the sand. Mended his soldiers, and turned them back into small figures with a puff of smoke and a release hand seal.
